SHIPPING & RETURNS
Standard Ground shipping is free of charge to all 48 contiguous states for nearly all products on our site. For standard ground shipping we use UPS and Fed Ex. These shipments will be delivered to your door. For items too large and/or heavy to ship via UPS or Fed Ex, we use freight companies such as CEVA Logistics, ABF, UPS-SCS, Roadway and USF Holland. In this case, the freight company may call you to arrange a delivery time, especially in the case of residential delivery.
RETURNS INFO 30 DAY RETURN POLICY For any reason, within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, simply return the product to us for a refund. All we ask is that you ship the product at your expense with all original packaging and documentation.
Contact us first for a return authorization number and return instructions. Please note that there is a re-stocking fee for non-defective items. SHIPPING DAMAGE It's very important that you inspect your screen immediately after receipt, even if you won't be installing it right away. It's very rare, but if your screen does arrive damaged let us know immediately so we can file a damage claim and get you a replacement shipped ASAP. Please keep all original packaging materials since the shipping company will need to inspect and retrieve the damaged product. MANUFACTURING AND WORKMANSHIP DEFECTS All screens and accessories sold on our website are manufactured by American companies who stand behind their products. As such, all products are covered by a 5-year or longer warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects.
